These Keto garlic herb breadsticks are a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional breadsticks. They are packed with flavor and perfect for dipping in marinara sauce or enjoying on their own.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 2 large eggs. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup melted butter.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, eggs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the dough into breadsticks and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and brush the breadsticks with melted butter. Serve warm.
