A succulent and flavorful Instant Pot Butter Beef recipe, perfect for those following a keto or low-carb diet. The tender chunks of beef are cooked in a rich buttery sauce infused with garlic and aromatic herbs, making it a hearty and satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into chunks. 1/2 cup butter. 1/4 cup beef broth. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp onion powder. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1 tsp dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Add onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the beef chunks. Start up the Instant Pot and choose the "Saute" setting. Add minced garlic to the pot with melted butter. Make it smell good. Season the beef chunks and brown them all over in the pot. To deglaze, add beef broth and scrape up any browned bits on the bottom of the pot. Put the lid back on top of the Instant Pot and set it to "Manual" mode. Do this for 30 minutes at high pressure. After the cooking cycle is over, let the pressure drop naturally for 10 minutes. Then, release any remaining pressure by hand. If you want, you can serve it hot and top it with fresh herbs.
