Last nights meal was a delicious Thai Peanut Pork salad with psyllium noodles. The kids ate it like it was going to suddenly disappear. I used Sambal Oelek chilli sauce to slow myself down lol. I’ll put the link to the noodles and dressing in the comments. I totally think these noodles will be used frequently in my household and I already have ideas for modifications! I love my keto baking so much. I can’t wait till we get back to normal to get back to my #Sisketo biz. I will continue to take inspirational photos of my own meals here and as stated in the picture, I will take personal orders upon request. I’ve been doing a little bit of stress eating lately. I need to get back into focus on my food. I don’t cheat on my keto carbs but I eat a lot of yummy high-fat foods so I’m maintaining but I don’t like the feeling after pigging out. Yesterday, we all got out of the house and went bike riding and it was so good. Not only mentally but physically, using my body, being in the sunshine, seeing my kids interact with my father, just so many pluses and I strongly recommend just going somewhere and being by yourself in nature. What are your stress coping tips?
