This Keto Frozen Berry Mix is perfect for adding a burst of flavor to your keto-friendly desserts, smoothies, or snacks. Freezing the berries preserves their freshness and ensures you have a delicious low-carb option on hand whenever you need it.
Ingredients: 4 cups mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 2 tbsp lemon juice. 2 tbsp erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener.
Instructions: Clean and dry the berries well. Take off any leaves or stems that are on the berries. Mix the berries, lemon juice, and erythritol together in a large bowl. Toss the berries gently to coat them well. Put the berries on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all in one layer. The berries should be frozen for two to three hours, or until the baking sheet is completely frozen. Once the berries are frozen, put them in a bag or container that can go in the freezer and remove any extra air before sealing it. Write the date and what's inside on the bag or container, then put it in the freezer for up to 6 months.
