Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 large eggs. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons water.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk. Mix the eggs, olive oil, and water in a different bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until everything is well mixed. Get some parchment paper and spread the dough out on it so that it's thin and even. Put it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and feels firm. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before adding the toppings. After the pizza has cooled, add any toppings you want and bake it again until the toppings are hot.
