A tasty Keto take on the traditional Reuben sandwich, with tangy sauerkraut, sugar-free Russian dressing, and melted Swiss cheese on top of juicy strip steaks.
Ingredients: 4 strip steaks about 8 oz each. 1/4 cup sugar-free Russian dressing. 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained. 8 slices Swiss cheese. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, top each steak with a tablespoon of Russian dressing, a layer of sauerkraut, and a slice of Swiss cheese. Close the lid of the grill and cook for another minute to melt the cheese. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Keto Reuben Strip Steaks!
