I first heard about keto at the beginning of 2017. I tried to do it then but had a bunch of things crop up in my personal life (new apartment, new job, travelling, etc.) which made it hard to stick. And culturally, I love carbs! I love fried foods, I love rice. I’m a bit of a foodie as well, and fresh loaves of bread, fresh rolled pasta... unghhhh. But I guess as I was getting older, my metabolism is slowing down. I’m at the heaviest that I’m ever been, and this has got to stop.
But that doesn’t make keto any easier. I started this to hopefully microblog whenever I find it too hard to keep keto. Like right now. Hungry. Struggling.
