So I found out about Jake through instagram from friends posting pictures about him.  At first I only followed him because I thought he was VERY VERY cute. But after like a month of following him I was curious as to what he sounded like so I looked him up and I was so glad I did that. Jake is incredible. He means everything to me. I might not have been here since the beginning but I'm definitely staying. Jake helps me through hard times. His songs just put me in the best mood. When I don't want to smile just turning on his music or even reading his twitter makes me happier. I was so lucky I got to meet Jake, I honestly can't believe it. Jake was going to be preforming in Cleveland Ohio and I wanted to go bad. I would continuously asked my mom day after day if I could go but she said no. So I thought maybe if I got Jake to tweet me my mom would let me go. Jake never tweeted me but he faved 8 tweets in a row about going, and Kevin mentioned me! I was so excited I couldn't believe it. I thought I was going to see my world in concert, but my mom sill wouldn't let me go. I happened to turn on the radio and heard them talking about Jake and that he was going to be going a private meet and greet and performance in MY city!  It's like my payers have been answered. I was determined to win this because it was my only chance to meet Jake. I listened to the radio for 4 days for a total of 16 hours. I honestly should thank my sister that I won because it was on her phone! we were both calling in and he phone stated playing the radio so I knew I got through an when the radio station answered the phone I seriously think I died. When they said the words "You won, Your meeting Jake Miller" it felt like a weight was lifted off of my chest. I couldn't wrap it around my head that I was meeting him. When the day came I was to excited for words. When Jake walked out I cried. I cried really hard because it didn't feel real. Its a surreal feeling seeing someone in person that you you look up to for so long. The first song Jake preformed was a Million Lives. That song will always have a special meaning in my heart because it was the very first song I ever heard from Jake and the very first song I ever heard live. Jake also sang Dazed and Confused  and First Flight Home. Everything was going by so fast and before I knew it it was time to meet him. I kinda just stood there while I was waiting my turn and just looked at him. He look genuinely happy to be there meeting us! And that's one thing I love about him. When it was my turn I like started crying and Jake hugged me and said "aww don't cry!" (btw Jake gives the BEST hugs ever) it happened so fast! I was so nervous Jake had to like turn me around to get my picture haha. Right before I had to leave I pointed to my bandana and like really quietly asked Jake to sign it, it was so cute because he had to like think about how to sign it and he like tilted his head to the side hes too adorable! I gave Jake another hug and told him I loved him and they made me walk away. I waited for Jake to finish the meet and greet and I like stood in the door way for Jake to come out. I asked Jake for another hug and he was like "Of course!" and I gave him the biggest hug ever! Jake means everything to me. I love him more than anything in this world. 11-18-14 forever. <3
