Sorry but I'm failling to see how the show would pass the opportunity of keeping a new fresh full of trauma and with the right opportunity redeemable character like Kev.
An ex con of SO MANY YEARS trying to start a life in a village full of horrible people who always deserve a punch in the face for the way they treat the big bad Robert.
Like just full ignore the aspect of rbron with him. Ignore how people who are not even watching hate him. Ignore the rbron fans.
Having Chris would give them awards.
Big very soapy storylines.
HE FITS THE CAST AND HIS LAST NAME IS NOT DINGLE
Why can we keep him?
Why? He could be the best fucking friend Robert ever got. Always on his side ready to kill people for him. WHY CAN I HAVE THIS.
Why do we have to keep the Dingle plague instead of new character like him. WHY?
I made myself sad barely minutes after waking up. Thinking of Robert taking Kev to sea in his last days. But Kev asking to stop on the way, knowing he won't make it. And Robert carrying him in his arms to clearing in the forest, laying him down on the floor. And Kev dying in his arms. Amongst trees and birds. Feeling the wind for the last time, taking his last breath.
All this Liv guilt that Aaron has is just another tragic thing the show did to his character when he was kind of horrible to her while she was drunk and all that with Ben there for the little I saw.
So yes she was so young and the show made a mistakes killing her and I hope Aaron deals with the horrible fucked up way their relationship never worked and the horrible years were Robert wasn't there to help them to keep family.
Using her for Aaron to be mad and ignoring that Robert was MORE like a father to her that Aaron and was the fucking one that found her just makes me so sad. Even when Robert is busy with Kev he deserves to mourn her too because she was like his first kid.
This is SAD another SAD thing about Robert.
Like I've always loved more the fanon version of them than the real stuff we got because the show was obssesed to make her a little Aaron and always ignored how interesting and fun her relationship with Robert could have been.
But knowing them Aaron will be mad when Robert tells him he was not there for that little walk because he was bussy with his husband so they are just using her to make Aaron more pissed as if Robert being married and with feeling for Kev was not enough.
Idk how to feel about Kev yet but sorry that was a nice smile and I think a real one in the begging of the scene. Robert is a mess but I see what Ryan is doing there with the facial expresions. I'm sorry but I enjoy watching Kev a lot more than I should. I truly hope he is not bad.
Crazy is that maybe Robert did marry Kev out of pure love and wanted a kind of life in prision. Like he moved on enough to had some happy times inside or whatever
I can't be mad about that AGAIN because Aaron did that too with 3 different people and that doesn't mean that Robron are not soulmates because we know their LOVE IS bigger that all those people.
Aaron married John and loved him, said shit like he was the greatest thing that ever happend to him. When we know that was fake and the only reason he is still alive is because Robert saved him.
So forgive me if I find myself intrigued by Kev and the years he spent with Robert.
