Ok but a team being mad at a whumpee for some reason and not knowing the whumpee is hurt is just gold.
Like there are so many possibilities for this.
Team leader giving the whumpee an order and the whumpee following it to the letter even when it’s literally killing them.
The whumpee trying to get help or permission to go to the hospital but the team is avoiding them.
“Are you drunk?! Seriously? I know you’re a fuck up but are you really this stupid?!”
“What do you think you’re doing sleeping on the job? Back to work! Let’s go!”
The whumpee telling their leader that they’re hurt or don’t feel well and the leader scoffing and saying that A is hurt because of them and they should suck it up.
“I thought I told you to do X! Why isn’t it done?” “I’m sorry, I really don’t feel well.” “Enough with the excuses! Just get it done!”
And of course all the angst when they realize they fucked up.
