"Oh Graaaamps, guess who's back!" That's Ratchet's only warning, before Sari jogs into view, obviously hiding something behind her back. She looks happier than the last time he saw her; brighter, healthier. Spending time with her Father did wonders.
"Soooo, before I left with dad, I kinda... Asked 'Rachni to like, help me build you something to, y'know, help with healing me, her, and... any other techno-organics that could pop up! It uh— okay don't laugh, BUT, it's based off of the scientific research into how cat purrs can help heal injuries or broken bones. 'Rachni explained it all in massive science talk that you can ask her about, but anyway— behold!"
At last the hidden item is revealed; a tool not unlike Ratchet's old sleep tool, but the design, as well as structure, is obviously different.
"So, how it works, is that... it emits some sort of frequency? Arachnia tested it herself, and basically; the ray helps stimulate the organic metal that we both have, and it has different types of frequencies you can infuse into the ray thingy, that targets more organic based areas, like our actual organs... And Arachnia made me swear to not tell you she spent ages on it, but where's the fun in that?"
Creaking accompanied Ratchet's movements as he shifted around to focus on her voice when she arrived. He gave a grunting hum of greeting, but otherwise simply listened. The concept of a vibrating sound being capable of healing was... strange, but then again, organics were strange in general.
He made an internal note for later to ask about that science talk she mentioned.
Ratchet lowered both himself and his servo, palm open to accept the gift, so he could hold and analyze it further.
"... Thanks, kid. That was thoughtful." He hoped it did work. It would be a relief to have some method of helping with injuries he otherwise did not fully know how to treat. "And I won't tell."
