A little update
I haven't given up on fulfilling Flooftober (even though I'm months late, I am DETERMINED to finish it) but I've been dealing with something pretty big that's affected my life. But things are looking up, I'll eventually be okay.
I didn't write a whole lot but I did make the tiniest of progress on one of my drafts yesterday. A little is better than nothing and I hope everyone enjoys whatever I next publish.
An Update
Helloooo everyone, I have not been active on Tumblr all that much but I've been lurking and well, I'm going through something that's changing my life heavily and I'd like to let any of my mutuals and followers know that once the dust settles, I intend to come back properly. I have a fic I've been chipping away at slowly (Soulmates Bucky/Reader) and some other ideas in my notes that I plan to tackle and post! My creativity kind of died for awhile due to depression, but I can see some light on the horizon and I can't wait to get back into it.

Anyways, hi everyone! Still on hiatus from here and writing til I get my spark back but I wanted to ask in multiple places to help find a fic I read. I didn't download it or bookmark it so I'm thinking I read it before I had an account D: I'm having insane trouble finding it again. I'm pretty sure it was on AO3 but it might've been on here too?
It was Bucky x Reader and they were neighbors. I remember the Reader had a bf who was abusive and that Reader worked at a diner (I'm pretty sure). I don't normally like abuse fics but sometimes I end up in dark places and need comfort.
The main thing I remember is that the ex bfs name was revealed to be Ethan?? Which threw me through a loop because that's a name of one of my exes too, so it made it even more immersive.
I think Bucky also threw the ex through a wall? He didn't get involved until he was absolutely certain Reader was in danger. I remember the author writing Bucky as trying to be respectful about it but also sort of scaring reader with his strength? (Not like on her but on the ex)
There's a chance it got deleted, but if it didn't, I'd love help finding it! I don't think it was tagged super well, unfortunately, because I've tried finding it again with "bxr, abuse, neighbors, etc" and cannot find it.
So here I am. Please help me find this fic! 😅
