Original Post / Challenge Description Day 1
Day 2: After I got home from the gym yesterday I started planning my day today and realized...crap, I’ll have to run in the morning. So less than 12 hours after the last run and I ran again. It was fun. I love running outside and I love running in the morning. :)
I don’t know if my feet aren’t used to running like this, or the new shoes, or I need better inserts and socks....but owwww am I blistered. :( Hope it heals some before tomorrow night’s run.
Also I’m still running pretty slowly (I think because of lack of practice and extra weight I’m carrying around). I used to be able to run 5k in 27 minutes. BUT I’ll take the 37 outdoor over the 47 minutes on the treadmill.
