I've created new and up-to-date outfit references for my Inquisitor (Paya Lavellan, she/her) and her sibling (Khash Lavellan, he/they)

Paya is the character on the right and Khash is the character on the left.
Paya is 33 at the start of Inquisition and Khash is 28.
Just some Vallaslin. Paya's is that of Dirthamen's. Khash wears Andruil on their face and on their chest it's in honor of Ghilan'nain
Prologue/Pre-Inq - Haven Casual - Travel/Combat 1 Prologue: Their typical gear worn before joining the Inquisition. Khash was not present during the prologue but does show up to Haven dressed like this after the fact. At some point between arriving at the Conclave and waking up beneath Haven, Paya was struck on the brow, creating a scar. Haven Casual: Paya's outfit is essentially a recoloring of the Skyhold PJs. Both siblings transition to warmer clothes that are a little atypical of what they wore previously. Travel 1: The gear the siblings wear throughout the time spent in the Hinterlands and before their updated outfits in Skyhold.
Skyhold Casual - Travel/Combat 2 Skyhold Casual: The outfits worn after settling into Skyhold life. Paya's beginning to drift away from Dalish fashions. The pendant around her neck is an elfroot that was coated in resin and then enchanted. It is a gift from Sera and is worn under almost all of her gear. The scar on her shoulder is a result of an arrow that got caught in it during Corypheus's attack on Haven. Khash's outfit commissioned by Vivienne and serves function and fashion, made with warm fabrics. Care was made to keep it elvish in style per Khash's request. Travel 2 The gear they start wearing after the move to Skyhold. Paya dons a bit of light armor and keeps a bag on her belt to store potions and herbs. Khash wears leathers and some guards but maintains an "elfy" style.
Travel/Combat 3 The left is the gear worn through the Well of Sorrows and after. Paya, who has been romancing Solas, chose to have her Vallaslin removed after finding herself completely losing faith in what the Dalish taught her. And then she got dumped. Paya's gold coat is enchanted against magical attacks and is occasionally worn around Skyhold as well. The right is the gear worn during the battle against Corypheus. They both receive a few scars during this fight.
Trespasser 'Casual' - Trespasser Gear Casual Two years later, the siblings meet again. Paya does wear her formal attire (not pictured) when speaking at the Council but wears this outfit outside of that. Khash comes to the Exalted Council both at their sister's request, but also as an envoy from the Dalish. The armor they wear is ceremonial but functional. At some point, Khash got another vallaslin-style tattoo, this one on the back of his neck and memorializing Paya's former vallaslin (not pictured). Gear Paya still has her enchanted coat! Otherwise, they've both just got additional leather guards added and coats added to their other articles of clothing. Paya's mark began to spread again about a month before the Council, and the events of Trespasser just made it much more rapid.
DA4/DA:D Casual - Combat/Travel After returning to Skyhold to collect her things after disbanding the Inquisition, Paya came into the possession of Solas's mandible pendant, left on top of her desk in her private quarters. She has kept it this entire time and has it on her person at all times. Khash, while having lost faith in Solas a long time ago, joins Paya in her mission to save Solas, for her sake.
