Musée Égyptien de Munich • Antinous en Osiris
As a Pagan Polytheistic, my spiritual practice involves working with multiple Deities, mainly from the Greek, Egyptian, Roman and Mayan Pantheons. Each Deity has their role within our lives and for me, Bastet is my protector.
She guides and guards me and protects me whenever Ive done something silly and nudges me out of harm's way.
Yesterday I received some really sucky news that required me to be flexible and adaptable in order to thrive in this next phase of our planet. I was at a loss at what to do, so I began journalling, did a bit of shadow work around it and I felt her beautiful feline energy around.
So I got up, gave Bastet offerings of cat nibbles, sandalwood and sage incense, dried roses and perfume and spoke to her from my heart. I basically just unloaded everything that was causing me stress and asked for help.
I asked her for her protection and guidance, wisdom to do the wise thing, her lessons of flexibility and adaptability. 2hrs later I received incredible news and it made the initial bad news irrelevant.
Hail Bastet 🔥😺
