Not a bad find at @bestmarket - agave sweetened ice cream, with decent but indulgent macros -10f, 11c, 5p in a whole 91g; since I'm most often short on fats and protein it's a pretty safe sweet tooth fix, with about half the carbs of Ben and jerrys and a third of my usual sorbet. Unfortunately it's made with skim milk, so I'll be Dutch ovening my dogs tonight as my stomach lets me know that it still hates lactose. #khfitfam #khfitbabes #khspringchallenge16 #iifym #flexibledieting
