Took the kids camping this past week sans C. He was awesome enough to come down and help set up ON FATHERS DAY, then come down and help break camp on his gift of Juneteenth off. There were hikes, ice cream, kayaking, paddle boating, swimming, campfires and bike rides - Very nostalgic to do this decades later with my cousins as our parents used too for us (last photo of my aunt-second-mom-close-aunt).
Today was a staycation day, and I was so flipping productive. Finalized some legal maters (the property from previous post), wrapping up financials from afterschool care from the kids old school, renewing my tags, supplementing the kids summer/fall wardrobes with an online sale, potted some propagations, hung a window sling for a succulent (in my bathroom of all places!), setting a play date, updated insurance paperwork at kids dentist for upcoming appointments, scheduled dog grooming, taught a summer solstice yoga class (also researched on what the summer solstice is to tie into class), and there was more stuff guys. It was twilight zone productive.
C and I have some big shed/garage reorganization goals this coming weekend - and of course - I’ll be repping some garden time my loves.
