Service dogs are a dog that assists a disabled person or gives them the ability to live a normal life like you can. When untrained dogs go in to places like this it DOES effect us... Because them misbehaving can 1. Prevent them from focusing on the disabled person, which can be a life or death situation, 2. Makes business give service dog handlers a harder time which really does wear on us after time. We didn't see Kong meet another dog, but Kong might not behave around other dogs. If he attacked a service dog that service dog might not be able to work. Not to mention this is a felony and with his popularity he has a responsibility to not show his young viewers that it's okay. Also, just because you're a YouTube star doesn't mean you can commit felonies without punishment.
