One of the keys of our success is engaging young people in decision making! We are preparing for ONE OF A KIND innovation program to empower unaccompanied minors in Sweden. Before we pitch our solutions to investors, we pitch them to the target group, we listen carefully to their needs, their fears, their wishes and their visions. We engage them in our innovation process, and in designing our programs. Today we @kidnovation and @coompanion travelled to Uppsala to meet with young refugee teenagers from Afghanistan. Brilliant guys with a lot of potential. They loved the program and gave us insights about HOW THEY WANT it to be.
