Hello Kitty celebrated her 45th anniversary with a huge two-region experience in the Internet's largest virtual world Second Life. Developed by Astralia, this official Sanrio event had one free gift, live music, an Hello Kitty themed amusement park and an interactive immersive game, where players raced through the a cartoon town in search of cakes. The event was breathtaking, so much so that the small details of the bows lining the grass were awesome and desired by all. Although this event was created for a limited time, Astralia has mentioned that they are working on a long term space dedicated to the theme!
