Lupe Thomas is a certified Ki Gong Instructor, based in Sierra Vista. Ki Gong is a deceptively simple, straightforward, zero impact, & easy energy practice that allows an individual to become aware of, as well as enhance their internal energy, and consequently, their health. It can be done standing, or sitting. Classes involve breathing techniques, specific mind sets, and slow gentle movements, followed by a small amount of meditation activities. Classes are fun and energizing. Class day: Friday’s 10:30AM-11:30AM $10/class at the door or $35/month in advance. Lupe has practiced Ki Gong since 2006, and instructed since 2007. She has taught, led and organized world clinics, seminars & Instructor seminars, around the US. She is currently a level 5 (out of 8) Instructor & the West coast Director for The World Ki Gong Club www.worldkigongclub. Lupe resides in Sierra Vista,AZ with her husband, Kent, her Mom (age 92), her Mother in law (age 97), & 2 dogs.
