Another thing to add, is that the three leaves were separate from the other one. It's because Inukawa, Kijibayashi, and Saruta just wanted to have fun and laze around in the first place, meanwhile Tome is really passionate about the club— she takes it seriously.
They're "on a different page" from her, thus the leaves being on separate branches. :'))
Mob Psycho 100 - “Psychic Human Show” Drama CD Translation - Track 7 ‘Telepathy Life’
Initially released 2017/01/25, “Mob Psycho 100: Psychic Human Show” is the first Drama CD released for MP100, before 2019′s S2 OVA Drama CD. Official description is, “With 12 drama episodes written by Director Tachikawa & every scenario checked over by ONE-sensei, character songs for Tome and the Body Improvement Club, and a talking song between Mob and Dimple with lyrics written by ONE-sensei, this is a compilation of 15 tracks!” A bunch of tracks remain untranslated from this one.
Here’s the translation of the seventh track, “Telepathy Life”!

Can you hear me… can you hear me? I’m currently speaking directly into your brain… If you’re able to use telepathy, then you should be able to receive this message…
INUKAWA
Ah, looks like we’ve run out of cola. I should refill… Consommé crisps and cola are a necessity ...
TOME (Internally)
You should be able to hear this. If you can hear this, please raise your right hand…
[SFX: Buttons pressed]
TOME (Internally)
Looks like you can’t keep your hands away from that game you’re playing. Then, if you can hear this, please open your mouth!
INUKAWA
I’m always so sleepy after school on days where we run during PE…
[SFX: big yawn]
TOME (Internally)
Opening your mouth so wide - it appears you can hear me! Inukawa… as I thought, you’re a telepathist, aren’t you… truth is, I thought you might’ve been for a long time - if you’re not, then this is inexplicable… it wouldn’t make sense for someone without any interest in aliens or supernatural phenomena to join this club! ...But, I’ve got a pretty good idea of what’s going on. I wonder if, as I’m someone with an interest in telepathy, you’re here to observe me as a precaution...
INUKAWA
Ooh, correct! Seriously, getting it right, I’m shocked…!
TOME (Internally)
W-what? Seriously!? I’m right?? Of course… finally, to have found a telepathist… since I’m already talking to you, allow me to ask you a bunch of questions via telepathy…!!
INUKAWA
...Huh? Woah! What’s with you, club president?! Leaning over me like that… why are you glaring at me like that?
TOME
Because I’ve been talking to you for ages now and yet you won’t answer any of my questions!!
INUKAWA
...But you haven’t been saying anything?
TOME
I was speaking directly into your head and then you said, ‘correct’, didn’t you?! And then after that I said a bunch more! You’re a telepathist, aren’t you, Inukawa?
INUKAWA
.... huh? Ahh, that was probably just me talking to myself. I’m playing a quiz game, so-
TOME
Huh? So I was wrong and I’ve just been directing my thoughts at you all this time?
INUKAWA
Ah, well... I can’t use telepathy but… I’m feeling something akin to a lot of oppressive power coming from you. Could it be, club president, that you’ve somehow or another got something like telepathic powers yourself?
TOME
Seriously - could I have that kind of ability...?
INUKAWA
I’ll do my best to try and receive your messages, so… please, try again!
TOME
(Excited) Yes… I’ll try! Okay, I’m going to indicate inside your head which hand you should raise, so raise that hand when you get my message.
INUKAWA
Okay!
[SFX: Tome straining herself]
Hmm… okay. Well then, I’m raising my right hand.
TOME
Amazing! I conveyed it without words! Just by giving an indication! No way… me, being a telepathist…! I kept chanting in my head, ‘right, right, right’!
INUKAWA
Yeah. Your face was twisting to the right, so I got the message.
TOME
That’s not damn telepathy, then, is it!!
[SFX: Door sliding open]
SARUTA
Ah, there’s some excitement going on in here, isn’t there? What are you up to?
INUKAWA
Hey, Saruta! Our club president is-
TOME
Wait a minute! We can’t ignore the fact that Saruta might be a telepathist. I should try this out on him, too…
[BGM: telepathy club creepy music]
TOME (Internally)
Saruta… can you hear me, Saruta? I’m talking directly into your brain.
SARUTA
What’s this?
TOME (Internally)
Saruta… I know who you really are. You can use telepathy, can’t you? That’s why you became a member of this club. There’s no point feigning ignorance - I can’t be fooled…
[SFX: Saruta trying to hold back laughter]
SARUTA
This is too good! I accept defeat.
TOME (Internally)
Wha- oh my god! You can use telepathy, can’t you! Then, I’m going to ask you a lot -
SARUTA
You’re way too good, club president! How long are you gonna keep this up for?
INUKAWA
Saruta! Do you not see what the club president is trying to do here?
SARUTA
Huh? Is she not just trying to have a staring contest with me?
TOME
As if I’d be doing that!!
[SFX: slam, Kijibayashi waking up]
KIJIBAYASHI
Nnn… you’re all so loud…
TOME
Well… that means Kijibayashi is the only one left…
INUKAWA
But Kijibayashi-senpai is sleeping?
TOME
He’s just pretending to do so - truth is he heard absolutely everything… isn’t that right? Come now…
TOME (Internally)
This is my inner voice and yet it’s reaching you, isn’t it, Kijibayashi! Can you hear me? Can you hear me!?
INUKAWA
Ah, excuse me… I’ll be making my leave now…
SARUTA
I have plans later so I’ll be going home now too…
TOME (Internally)
I’m talking directly into your brain!! If you can hear me then reply, Kijibayashi!! Hello?? Hello?? Hello?? Hello????????
[SFX: Kijibayashi continues to snore]
