Ah Rei. My favorite super underutilized character.

Every now and then I’m reminded of the balloon boy hate fanart I saw back around 2014-2016 I think and that gave me inspiration to draw Rei as it because I thought it’d be funny.

He really did absolutely nothing for the plot besides just be canon fodder didn’t he.

Also thank you to all the ppl who liked and re-blogged my Kikaider posts today, like seriously I got so much traction in such a short amount of time. I don’t get a lot of that, so every like, re-blog, comment always makes my day!

They even have Ando Kenji’s SIC versions for Kikaiders 00 &  01 and Bijinder. AND even the DARK Androids and goons have SIC versions.

Also, apparently DARK and Shadow from Kikaider 01 merged into ... Dark Shadow.

Huh.

And as you see around the end of the video, they have Perfect Kikaider--Jiro’s all blue form if his circuit was completed--incorporated into him.

Kikaider 00 part 5

Chapter 4

1

Dr. Umino completes Jiro's Gemini Circuit at Ichiro's urging, resulting in Jiro becoming the full blue Perfect Kikaider.

Jiro fights Hakaider, getting stabbed with something, when Rei shows up.

Rei destroys Surendar, Karendar and Hakaider, with Hakaider's head being blown off

To all 3 Brother's shock, Hakaider starts operating without his head. Jiro is back to his normal colours.

Dr. Komyoji looks out at the ocean near the ruins of the Armageddon God

Chapter 3

1

The Brothers look at their rescued father

Rei struggles with Swarm of Green Mantis in the depths of the ocean.

Jiro (and possibly someone else? Dr. Umino?) discover the true leader of XASH. Dr. Gill. He's seen better days, though apparently dying again has given him a bigger brain.

00 has been blasted through a fence by K in Blow Up Mode. According to the wiki Rei's been sent to K's world by Gill in an attempt to destroy him, and K is 00's counterpart here. Robot Keiji did air alongside Kikaider 01.

I have no idea why Jiro and Ichiro are fighting. My guess is either Ichiro is under the influence of an obedience circuit or Jiro still had his. Ichiro is missing his arm if that helps

Ichiro walks away from Jiro who is being fried by electricity thanks to Hakaider. This akes me even more unsure.

00 returns in blow up mode to stop things.

Hakaider uses Red's crossbow to shoot up the lab of Buraider, amongst the things destroyed may be the blood she needs to keep going. Buraider's broken faceplate reveals he's Dr. Umino

Kikaider 00 Part 3`

Chapter 2

1

At what I presume is the Komyoji residence, Kikaider 01, aka Ichiro, has been forced kill Bijinder due to her attacking him.

The person responsible for Bijinder's turn presents them self. Hakaider has turned up with the White Crow and taken Bijinder's body, and is holding Ichiro back with the gun. Hakaider's brain this time is Sakamoto Chigusa, aka Gill's agent who married Komyoji on Gill's orders and is Mitsuko's mother. The time being it seems Hakaider is the leader of XASH.

Rei confronts Carmine Spider, another XASH android, who has the doctor captive in his web.

Ichiro saves up and destroys Carmine Spider, possibly in a rage.

The Skull Man stands atop the broken remains of Kumo Otoko, and as he is surrounded by Komouri Otoko, Shinegami Chameleon, Sasori Otoko, Kamakiri Otoko, Cobra Otoko, Sarasenian Ningen and Geba Condor. 

According to the Japanese wiki, Skull Man is considered and urban legend, and his appearance changes annually, and that he might be the spirit of a man who died in a motorcycle accident. Komyoji has apparently been speculating if the Skull Man is related to the disappearance of his friend Dr. Midorikawa. Apparently a guy sees Skull Man in a mirror. 

Obviously Skull Man is Kamen Rider, though seems little is known about him. The mirror note is a reference to Ryuki, which was airing at the time.

Inside the XASH base, it's revealed the Hakaider corps still exist as they stand in front of where Hakaider is leading.

The Swarm of Green Mantis has apparently killed the Dr, but certainly has him captive.

Within XASH, Kikaider attacks Hakaider. The robots watching this are Surender and Karendar, the result of the using Bijinder.

The Hakaider Corps form Gattaider, who is presumably defeated.

In a desert, a white 00 is attacked by V3

As far as I can read this scene is in a parallel world. Riderman is dead, and V3's weapon can use the Cassette Arms. Apparently in this world humanity was destroyed 1000 years ago by a nuclear war (V3 gets to live because he's a Kaizo Ningen). V3 here resembles OO with the clear parts which seem to be due to a remodelling. 00 apparently kills him in battle but he dies smiling. 

I'm unclear if 00 here is the one in the main body of the story having dimensionally slid, or the one native to this universe. I think the war would explain his colour. It's worth noting that while Kikaider aired alongside Kamen Rider, Kikaider 01 aired alongside Kamen Rider V3

Hakaider comes across Kodoku. As far as i can read Kodoku was an out of control Bioroid which killed Hakaider once. Presumably Hakaider is therefore either planning to unleash it on Kikaider or destroy it.
