ahhh the cropped jacket thing for your kinu cosplay looks so good. Did you use a specific pattern?

Hello! And thank you! I actually didn’t use a pattern other than guessing and measuring but I can tell you two tips: 

1. The structure of the jacket is based off a vest that’s been shortened. You can use a vest pattern and then cut it according to what length you want it to be. This might not be 100% correct but I used a vest for reference and it worked out just fine! JUST MAKE SURE TO MAKE THE SHOULDERS WIDE ENOUGH

2. The sleeves of the jacket are bell sleeves! They are easy to make and pattern BUT IM WARNING YOU IT’S A LOTTA FABRIC !! I almost ran out of fabric and I cried... 

I’m actually a newbie to sewing and patterning costumes so I can’t really give you specific tips but... her costume is pretty easy to make even for a newbie so I’m sure anyone at any skill level can do it with some practice! I wish you luck! <3

Ah this blog is such a good idea. I'm almost done with hxh and I sent my reactions via snapchat and texting to all of my friends the entire damn time. Really wish I recorded them like this. This anime is just so extra it's hard not to have great reactions

It was those pictures that steadily motivated me to even watch hxh. Like my friends bugged me to watch it for years, and the only reason I gave in was for Hisoka 😂😭
