You know what we rarely saw?  Interactions between Snow and Killian.  Granted Snow seemed to only focus on her relationships with Charming and Regina as the show progressed, but still.  I’m sometimes curious as to what their relationship was.  Especially since Killian had pretty solid relationships with Emma, Charming and Henry.
