Our new potato bake style wrap is going down a treat ......... #dairyfree bechamel sauce and cheese, #killarneyqld grown organic greens and yes the flower is edible. It is really satisfying to hear people with food intolerances saying how glad they are to see our food options available ...... it’s even better hearing back from customers who have no dietary restrictions saying how good the food tastes even without the ingredients they are used to. Over the years we have run workshops, been specialized chocolate makers, and organic produce growers providing healthy sustainable alternative options to those wanting to explore a new paradigm of healthy longevity and aging. #killarneyqld has great areas close by to explore. Mt Collery in the next valley had a working coal mine for many years and there is still bits and pieces to be seen around the area. You can even see where the coal seam comes to the surface. This particular mine lost the battle against the underground water and owner disputes. Where there used to be a thriving community it’s now just a few houses and a community hall.
