Do you think Shitz could ever stop being a bitch to every person he's wronged? Acting like they are assholes when he's the real asshole? First Daisy and now Mack. He acts like spoilt toddler who needs a time out who is pissy because he was told to behave. He's really ugly inside and out.

He’s always done this. He was an asshole to Simmons every time Simmons didn’t perfectly agree with everything he said. Ward was a Nazi and a murderer but when we didn’t know that Fitz acted snippy and offended around him because Ward had saved Simmons’ life, taking away Fitz’s “chance” to be the hero (Simmons’ trauma was just a missed opportunity for Fitz to display his manliness, imagine being this selfish, ugh). He justified stealing Daisy’s and Coulson’s blood and going behind their backs by getting snappy when Coulson called him out on that violation. He was a jerk to Trip for nothing, just because Simmons was romantically interested in him. He never even apologized to Trip for this behavior. When Ward was discovered to be a Hydra agent Fitz took it on Trip, Trip who had lost people he loved to Hydra, and then he defended Ward to Daisy’s face, right after Daisy had gone through the trauma of being kidnapped and abused by Ward.

Fitz has a tendency to punish people who have done absolutely nothing to him, being randmly cruel to his friends because he feels wronged in any way. It doesn’t matter what the other person had actually done. Plus he makes everything about himself, it doesn’t matter that it’s not about him at all (like when he got angry and victim-blamed Daisy for leaving the team because she had been abused by Hive and had lost a person she loved and thought she was putting the team at risk).

Remember when he was total garbage to Bobbi because Bobbi had committed that unforgivable transgressions that was keeping Simmons’ secret like Simmons wanted, instead of ratting her to Fitz? Yeah.

That’s just the kind of man Leo Fitz is.

He TORTURES Daisy and violates her agency and then he is a victim-blaming asshole to Daisy because Daisy dares to feel traumatized for it. Because Daisy dares to consider that a person who just tortured his close friend and justified it and shows no remorse has something wring with him and should be locked up.

Simmons betrays Daisy and emotionally abuses Mack for the sake of freeing Fitz and then she and Fitz manipulate a vulnerable Elena to do their bidding, but of course the person who should get the snide remarks and bad attitude is Mack, for daring to point out that some things are morally black and white (cause yeah, torturing and abusing your friends shouldn’t be a grey area) and that Fitz hasn’t been doing the right thing lately.

Fitz has never felt any remorse for the awful stuff he’s done, he’s selflish and doesn’t give a shit for others, so it’s logical and in-character that he would be bitter and hold a grudge against people who have noticed his terrible behavior. Him acting like this towards Mack is consistent with what the character has been doing for 5 seasons, but people didn’t pay attention cause he was the Loveable Misogynist white nerd.

Fitz being an asshole towards his victims is the least surprising thing ever.

mmm that reminds me of something...

of how a certain part of fandom argued that a Nazi and serial rapist had to be redeemed because a lot of abuse victims identify with him... even though he was an abuser and his past didn’t excuse his atrocities. But no we had to let people spew Nazi apologia and pro-abuse and pro-Rape Culture arguments and be racist all they wanted, even shitting on Ward’s victims 

Anyway it’s ableist to suggest that because he’s mentally ill Shitz shouldn’t be hold responsible for the hurt he selfishly cause to others. And it’s SUPER ABLEIST to imply his mental illness is the reason he is a remorseless torturer who blames his victim.

PS. Nevermind that fandom loves ignoring Daisy is mentally ill, just like they loved ignoring she was a victim of childhood abuse like Ward. I wonder what Ward and Fitz have in common that Daisy doesn’t have...
