Frustration
One thing I've learned with my first weight loss is that we can't always have the results we one. It's not a straight line we follow to reach our goal, but it doesn't make it less frustrating. I've been eating no more than 1.400 calories a day, and training for 4 days quite nice, dedicating myself honestly. Today I thought it'd be good to check my weight again, just to show myself it's working, so I'd make me keep going. So, there was me over the scale making the must frustrating face in the past weeks. I got almost two kilos. Seriously, I have no clue why this is happening, but seems to be "normal". I feel like crying, but you know, I'm already wearing my training outfit, so I'm just going out for some jumping rope, cos in less than two hours I gotta work.
