"i am neither your mom or your dad, and i can never be" i know. but do you realize that your murdered brother, my dead father, named me a name monophonic to yours despite of you being missing for seven years and a half? and i somehow just knew under the bed wasn't the answer when i saw your friend who you called after you went away and came in to secure my safety got killed by uninvited guests through the slight gap of my bedroom door, it's actually the fall from the window that'd kept the murderer away from me. and i was only seven at the time, but even the evil, evil man said "you are definitely his family by blood" and "the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree" when i chose to hurt myself just to get away from them, just to keep on living because you said you'd come back.
and you did come back.

hyello._.o ig update
So I finished watching A Shop for Killers. Strangers From Hell is still my No 1. But my No 2 favorite series of all (internationally) was the German Series Dark (up until this point). And honestly I didn’t think Dark will be dethroned from the 2nd position. But this kdrama did it. My new 2nd favorite of all is A Shop For Killers. My top 2 most favorite series of all (internationally) are both from Lee Dong Wook. Hats off.
I had high expectation from this series since beginning and it exceeded that expectation. I loved it on every single level. Not one scene was unnecessary. Every single thing was very well thought out and well executed. This is one of the most realistic action thrillers I’ve seen. No unnecessary CGI, no unnecessary drama, no unnecessary anything. Easily can surpass any well known Hollywood action thrillers, especially new ones.
The storyline was amazing. And just like Strangers From Hell, there’s more questions than answers at the end. I’m expecting a season 2 for both series now.
My personal opinion: JinMan faked his death by using ampules of blood and skin patch. He stuck ampules filled with blood, stuck it to skin patch and slashed that, to make it look like he slashed his neck. I think Pashin and Min Hye are both alive. They might be too injured and exhausted. About Bale, I’m not too sure. But it appears JinMan took care of something or someone on his own. I’m not sure what happens to Babylon cause they’re still after Murthehelp. And of course, Jian is 100% her uncle’s niece. He taught her well and Jian definitely listened to her uncle well.
All in all…Amazing series. Very, very well done
i know it will be cliche if uncle jung jinman is still alive but hear me out maybe this one time we’ll all love it
also im falling in love with kim hyejun all over again i need an edit of K in inspector koo with jian in a shop for killers they’re my new two characters from entirely different verses have to meet thing
