I was just going through your medicine for southerners tag. I'm blown away by the fact that people eat dirt. Sounds like something from My Strange Addiction. I work in a hospital in New Jersey. Tons of crazy cases, but no dirt eating that I've heard of or seen.

Yep, totally happens. I've seen probably 10 patients who eat dirt. For some it's a legit medical condition called pica that comes from anemia, but for others it's purely a cultural thing. And those who do it as tradition pick specific kinds of dirt that have high clay or chalk content. I don't understand it, but it happens.

Now I'M distracted by that idea!

I'M GOING TO WRITE IT EVENTUALLY I JUST HAVE TO FINISH MY ROADTRIP AU FIRST :( I MADE MYSELF PROMISE :( EVEN THOUGH STILES WOULD BE THE DANG CUTEST LOOKING UP AT DEREK ALL DREAMY FROM HIS DESK AND DEREK WOULD WEAR SUPER CUTE PROFESSOR-ESQUE SWEATER VESTS A LA REMUS LUPIN AND MAYBE I WOULDN'T MAKE DEREK HAVE SUCH A TERRIBLE PAST LIKE MAYBE HIS FAMILY WOULD STILL BE ALIVE ASIDE FROM A PRETTY UNHINGED UNCLE AND A CRAZY EX GF

and Derek would get this frustrated look when Stiles would sneak him treats from Honeyduke's and hang out in his office while he's grading papers and then Scott would get bitten and they'd find out about Derek being a werewolf and Derek would help Scott be a werewolf

also Allison and Jackson are Slytherins, Lydia and Danny are Ravenclaws, Scott's a Hufflepuff and Boyd and Isaac are Gryffindors

NO STOP I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO WRITE!!!!
