Just received a card from our relatives in Pyongyang congratulating us on the success of the film. The card depicts the 'Kimjongilia' flower and the mystical Paektu mountains of Korea. We hope to be able to show them our film some day soon!

i just watched the documentary Kimjongilia and I'm highly disturbed and saddened

Are there really concentration camps/work camps/whatever fancy name you can come up with for abuse/terror/destruction camps in North Korea? It makes sense because it would breed the fear that would create the desired totalitarian state... but humanity? Anyone? I'm naively flabbergasted that this could possibly be a thing in the last 20 years.  

I've seen it in two documentaries so far. 

If it isn't a lie watch Kimjongilia. It isn't like the National Geographic version I found where they had english speakers speaking over Koreans. It at least had subtitles and the original speakers real voices if that means anything.
