I know he’s probably going to be caught/arrested next chapter but I can sincerely say that I am going to miss Mr adorable unnamed restaurant man.

The saddest out of everyone is Kenmochi Ossan, he should have known there's no such thing as a cheap lunch.

Also, for thos who are interested, this particular Kindaichi story is most likely inspired by a short story called 'Lamb to the Slaughter' by Roald Dahl, do check it out if you can, it's a quick read and it's available for free online.

can you translate all files of kindaichi case files manga and light novels in English?

Allo.

As it stands, we've got no plans to do the light novels, but we are hard at work towards completing the manga.

However, it's important to understand that there's close to 200 chapters which haven't seen the light of the day yet, and it's going to take a heckload of work before we start uploading them anywhere.

So yes, we've got plans to finish Kindaichi entirely, but practically speaking, it won't be done any time soon.
