The worse experience of our previous 4,000 Km inside #congokinshasa (and #rwanda #zambia) was the 245 Km drive from #kasongo to #kindu. Astonishingly, there are still areas where people keep #hunting #monkeys and eat them. This monkey was killed by a hunting gunfire. When we saw it, we immediately stopped and educated the people around on advantage of protecting such species, not only for #wildlife protection, #sustainabletourism, but also to prevent epidemic diseases such as Ebola. Traveling by Road in Congo 🇨🇩 is a great adventure full of challenges.
