Alex's Anxiety

Hey friends so in an earlier post I said Alex would listen to piano to help with his anxiety.

Well I think Alex would like meditation but not traditional. Like Alex's form of meditation is him putting on Sub-City-Keys and softly plays the drums with the track.

Other ways Alex calms himself is dancing! I'm telling you he'll put on like The Principal or Tag your it and just moves

I GUARANTEE the boys have walked in on him more than once but instead of interrupting they just watch.
