Kion feels like giving a playful pounce.
------------------------------------------------------
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT: Kion smirked as he got low to the ground, preparing to— POUNCE!
Bunga squealed with his head flying, "AAAIIEEE!!!" while running. Kion was right behind his nubby tail.
The honey badger ran to the pond sitting nearby, and dove in quickly. Kion, who had been completely focused on chasing Bunga, didn't see the pond... until he was a centimeter away from it.
"Woah woah WOAH—"
The lion made a big splash, with wider eyes than when splashed with the water-filled log.
He stood up, now soaked. And Bunga? Ran up to Kion and splashed him like a little kid.
SPLASH SPLASH SPLASH!!!
Kion coughed, but not because he was choking on water... He couldn't stop laughing! For a moment, all he saw was Bunga and a pleasure.
The king of the tree of life's intrusive thoughts crept in. 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘐 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵... He looked around. No one was watching. 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯... 𝘥𝘰 𝘪𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘺.
He got a bit closer to Bunga, saying, "Here comes a ride! " And then the great kings appeared up in the evening sky. So gently but sillily—
Roooooaaaar!
The roar made a wave in the pond. Bunga gasped in excitement, "Wha- Ohhh yeah!" And laughed as he rode it.
Kion sighed happily as the sky turned purple. He thought to himself, "You never change, do ya?"
