The author of Good Riddance To All saw my fanart and i took that as a sign to finally read the new chapter and oh my god

Anyway here's some grta Pearl fanart because i love her so very much

I'm not sure if her staff ever gets a description in the fic and i am far too impatient to go hunting for one soo i thought a skull would be fitting for a necromancer

I wasn't quite sure how to go about her disguised face situation but i think i managed to capture how I've been imagining it?? Sort of swirling together and uncertain but still recognisable as a face? I hope i did it justice

That new chapter was so awesome though oh my god!! Ashitaku mention btw?? I absolutely love how the canon kov background characters have been brought into this story it's so cool (i actually remember rewatching kov after reading the chapter Christina was introduced and recognising her in the like minute she was in the series lol)

Also!! I knew it was gonna be Jimmy (and I'm theorising Martyn as well?) that were riling up the crowd against the guards, i was like tall, blonde and Pearl says he's familiar?? Ugh i hope they all end up okay next chapter

And goddamn this chapter had me freaking out at every new thing, i had a feeling after last chapter (the one before maybe?) that Trinculo wouldn't be dead since we never actually see him die but ughhhh to have it confirmed is SICKENING
