Eggsy : Welsh  Corgi - His height and personality are perfect for Corgi ,and Taron Egerton is also Welsh hehe 

Harry : Border Collie - This breed is the intelligent sheep dog ,they can be the leader and have a good manner. Harry Hart must be definitely Border Collie 

Merlin : Great Dane - Big size but a kind dog. They have a deep tone voice and not so much barking. They are clever. This is Merlin. Very Merlin…

Valentine : Bulldog - I don’t have the reason for choosing a Bulldog for him. I just can’t picture Samuel L Jackson being another breed except Bulldog lol
