SAKURA HARUNO

let me start with sakura because sakura is my absolute favourite lady forever and ever no joke (｡◕‿◕｡)

1. WHEN SHE CUT OFF HER HAIR IN THE FOREST OF DEATH!!!!!!!!!!11111 the scene where i, and most probably a lot of other people too, fell in love with her. i liked her already before but not to the extent i did afterwards. also it’s not that she just ~~cut her hair~~ it’s so much more than that - a symbolic act of leaving behind her former (”weak”) self, a promise to get stronger, to catch up, to stop relying on her teammates but most of all it’s her stating for the first time that yes, she wants to be a kunoichi, and a feared one at that (ALSO HER ‘EVERYONE TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT MY BACK’ LINE WAS SO GREAT)

2. HER VS SASORI AND EVERY SCENE OF HER IN THE KAZEKAGE RESCUE ARC

3. her spar with ino in the chunin exams arc and all the flashbacks with her and ino

4. every scene with sasuke

5. ?????????????? every single moment where i see her beautiful face  ???????????????????

(oh also when she said thank you to naruto at the end of the pein arc!)

i’m sorry, i’m actually really bad at pinpointing my top 5 and i’m especially bad with sakura, partly because my love for her character and whole character arc is so profound that i don’t even know where to begin with explaining and partly because there are over 600 chapters of naruto so and it has been some time since i’ve read them so
