Dude, I keep looking back at the drawing you did of my boy for the art party. I've pulled it up repeatedly over the past week just to admire it. If it were a sticker I'd be slapping it on as many things that I carry that I could.

About the Commander and kids - can you picture it with a Sylvari? Like they return to the Grove and everyone's surprised to see a Charr cub come up to the Commander dragging a fern hound going, "Mama/Papa! Look what I taught Sassy!" And everyone's questioning it, like where's their fahrar, aren't they lonely in the Grove? And the Commander just opens their door to reveal other kids, too. They dogpile the Commander, pelting them with "I missed you"s and "Look what I did"s and general squeals. (1)
They were rescued from Lion’s Arch, or kids of friends long gone. The Commander saw they didn’t have a place to go, so they took them in. Damn the differences, they’d figure it out. But they couldn’t leave them behind. And everyone’s just looking on as the Commander is wrestling with these kids and laughing and asking what they’ve been up to and they’re just completely befuddled by the idea that the Commander, who was never a kid, could bond so strongly with them and make them family anyway. (2)
