*1 我想う故、Wanna be- A twist on the phrase “I think, therefore I am” (我思う、故に我在り). Here, the subject isn’t just existing; they are actively willing themselves into becoming. It’s a statement of ambition instead of existence. The song changes 思う (“to think”) into 想う (an homophone), which carries a stronger sense of feeling, wishing, or holding something in one’s heart.
*2 味わわせまShow time- This is a wordplay mashup. You would normally say 味わわせましょう (ajiwawasemashō). The ending (shō) is replaced by Show from Show time.
*3 生花- pronounced seika, exactly like 聖火 (sacred flame), but now the kanji mean:
→ 生 = life, living, growth
→ 花 = flower
The imagery is transformed by the use of an homophone.
