Something that has been very common for people to claim, is that Meta Knight was right. That his actions in Meta Knight's Revenge was justified and Kirby was in the wrong.
This is just not correct at all.
Meta Knight was trying to start a war in Meta Knight's Revenge, and his reasoning???? Because people are lazy. People have tried to say that's not a bad thing, but this ignores a lot of context.
Meta Knight perceives the Dream Landers as lazy, this doesn't mean they necessarily are. The Dream Landers primarily have a peacefully life style, which Meta Knight viewed as lazy.
Also, he was trying to start a war on these Dream Landers using the Halberd.
Kirby a character who protects Dream Land from those who threaten the peaceful lives of the Dream Landers of course stepped in to stop Meta Knight. Kirby was the one in the right, not Meta Knight.

My favorite obscure and irrelevant tidbit of Kirby lore is that he drops his teal sleep cap off a cliff in the opening cutscene of Triple Deluxe, and we like, never see it again! Not in cutscenes nor the sleep ability. I haven't heard anyone talk about that. They wanted to change his cap color and felt the need to have a canon reason why, and it's so silly it's great!
Okay, to all the Kirby fans that want some references for the lore or want to get in on the fandom I give to you my favorite links.
Note: This doesn't include some recent lore that has to do with Kirby Air Riders, the Anime, and the Super Smash Bro Series (for the most part).
Also take all of this with a grain of salt because it is clearly stated that Kirby doesn't have an official timeline but this is the best I could do based on the resources I have.
Kirby Game Spoilers Ahead!!!
Do not read if you don't want to know a lot of secrets!!!

I remember hearing somewhere that in the Kirby's adventure manual (I think) that apparently Dreamlanders have a tradition of telling what dreams they had to each other, as they believe that their dreams tell the future or are prophesies. But I could not track it down or where it came from. I wonder where did that claim come from or is it true.
