I just saw your text post about unionizing work.... might be mixing you up w someone else I follow but do you work at st*rb*cks by chance? bc I'm about to start the process of unionizing my own and I was wondering what resources you were going off of

I used to be a b*rista who served st*rb*cks (but worked for a different food service company) so u might be thinking of me, but I switched careers about a year ago. I currently work with animals for a small organization, where everyone at the lower level with me are gay/trans leftists. so at this point I don't even have much for resources anyway. the current challenge is just bringing the topic up by name so we can start from there as a group, cause it's extremely clear we're all kinda thinking it lol.

sorry I couldn't be more help, I'm wishing you lots and lots of luck with ur workplace tho. despite the shitty parts of mine, I don't envy ur position at all. u 100% deserve so much better. what ur about to do is very brave and very good, remember that!
