No, these aren’t Rembrandts, they are works by the contemporary Norwegian artist, Odd Nerdrum. Mr. Nerdrum uses the styles by classic masters and allows those styles to inform contemporary escapism.

Cub Studio is a UK motion graphics agency co-founded by animator, Fraser Davidson. I have followed Fraser for several years and took one of his skillshare courses. He does such a good job at masterfully recreating natural movement through very stylized and abstracted methods. Definitely a source for inspiration.
