i'm picking numbers at random SO 6, 15, 22, 31, 45~~~
thank you for indulging me~
6: how do you look right now?
still in my pjs and am gorging myself on the japanese takeout that i am going to miss SO MUCH when i’m abroad
15: do you care if people talk badly about you?
Hmm, that depends. Usually, no, not at all! I’m a fairly confident person and I usually just laugh off (or admit to) what anyone might say about me. But if one of my friends happens to misunderstand something about me, that bothers me.
22. Have you ever liked one of your best friends of the opposite sex?
Pft, yeah, of course. But if we’re excluding it to best friends of the opposite sex, not since middle school.
31: Do you have someone of the opposite sex you can tell everything to?
Yeeeees. My brother is one of my best friends and I can talk to him about anything (whether I want to tell him certain things is another story, because he’s the biggest gossip I know). But I also have a couple of other male friends that fit the bill. :3
45. Do you have any pictures on your Facebook?
Any pictures at all? Yeah, of course. XD I’m tagged in… oh, man. 1,074 photos. And that’s not counting all the thousands of photos I’m in on facebook that I’m not tagged in (I was a big untagger in high school. Embarrassing, I know).

This post makes me so happy, THANK YOU
You're welcome. Mind you it all depends on GRRM and he may do something we both think is dumb nevertheless, but hey, at least there's hope.

I read a really interesting theory somewhere that Varys is part Targaryen. If I’m remembering it correctly, he was partly raised by Ilyrio and together they’ve been plotting to get Targs back on the throne? If I find it, I’ll send a link.
You're thinking of the "Aegon is a Blackfyre, Illyrio is his father, Varys is his mother's brother (and a Blackfyre too)" theory. I've made a post on the subject myself, and the whole Blackfyre thing is explained here. If Varys is indeed a Blackfyre, he would go under the "Targaryren unknown" category. Aegon too, especially because even if they're both Blackfyres, we don't know how much incest that family practiced to "keep the blood of the dragon pure".
kirkwallstripper reblogged your post Targaryens and bonding with d... and added:
In the vein of this discussion, does immunity to fire necessarily equate to the ability to bond with dragons? And if it does, wouldn’t that mean that by Viserys’ example, even full-blooded Targaryens are never guaranteed to have this inherent ability (which implies it’s more of a supernatural factor than a genetic one)?
Dany's fire immunity when birthing her dragons was a miracle. Even she wasn't fully immune when Drogon flamed her in ADWD -- in her last chapter it says that her burns were healing. And GRRM says, "it was never the case that all Targaryens are immune to all fire at all times."
Other examples: Targaryen burial custom is cremation. Rhaenyra was eaten by her brother's dragon, and we know dragons cook their food. Aerion Brightflame burned to death when he drank wildfire. And, well, there's Viserys, as you say.
So "oh, so-and-so (Jon) was burned so he can't be a Targaryen" is not true. I imagine dragon riders come in various levels of "true dragon" as well.
