♪ - Singing to them

He sat at the base of the giant tree in the yard, scribbling away at a small packet of notes in his lap as he heard it. A familiar voice, but different. The soft clicking of heels against the stones, the general noises of the large dog, Aveline, nearby. But the sound was different. Her voice softly leaving an echo behind her…“She must be in a good mood…” he thought quietly, before waving. It wasn’t a solo show or anything, but her voice made it sound like it was a song just for them. An intimate show for Aveline, the wildlife around, and himself. One time only! He went back to his notes, listening closely as she went along her way.
