I just spent a solid hour and a half on a character page for Sammy.  And it’s not even done yet!  I still need to go in-game and take pictures for it.  And then I have to do one for Clara.

Okay, I know my edit flopped, but would anyone be interested in seeing a progress GIF of one of the screenies?  (be it in this edit or one of the other parts) Kind of like this?  Cause it’s crazy to me what a difference there is between the unedited and edited images.

I uhh... might be learning how to make poses???  😳  If anyone has a any good tips, using the Sunflower Rigs, please let me know!  I’d love to get better at this!

Simblr Community Challenge by @amelettes

I feel as if everyone has their own story about why they got involved with the Simblr community and I’ve always been curious about that so I decided to throw this together because I feel like it’d be a great way for people to get to know one another and maybe find new blogs they’d like to follow and support <3

How long have you been playing The Sims? I started playing in late 2016, early 2017, I think??  I heard of the game the first time from a freind, and played it on her computer once, and fell in love. I bought the game that Christmas. (Cats and Dogs had just come out, so I bought that too.

How long have you been a simblr, and how long have you been one? I joined tumblr in 2018, I’m pretty sure.  I was on the hunt for CC, and found @/simandy’s blog.  I originally just followed CC creators and a few gameplay blogs, and that’s why my main isn’t my simblr, because I never expected to join simblr.  In maybe 2019, I decided to start my own.  I originally did a few failed attempts at gameplay, but I found my love in storytelling!  Yeah, my stories are trash, but I have fun and that’s what matters.

What type of simblr are you? Like I mentioned above, I got my start in gameplay, but storytelling is where I’m at now.  :)

What generation of Sims do you primarily play? TS4.  (it’s actually the only sims game I’ve ever played...)

Ok, we’re going to be taking a brief break from posting Sammy and Clara’s honeymoon/life.  Instead, I’ll be posting @samssims Love Photo Challenge for the next 14 days.  Maybe there’ll be a few honeymoon posts sprinkled in, depends on how much editing I get done.   Anyways, see you tomorrow for the first one!

Coming Up:

Hey everyone!  I’ve gotten several new followers thanks to the Love Photo Challenge, and I’m very greatful.  But now we’re going back to my regular content, and I don’t want anyone to be confused.  So, if you’re new and want to catch up, please keep reading!  (or if you just want to know about what’s happening next on my blog, lol.)

So, I’ve got my main two sims, Clara and Sammy, who are just finishing up their honeymoon.  If you want to see more, check out the Fritz Family Page, or read my Bachelor Challenge.   After their honeymoon, they will be returning to their home in Del Sol Valley to live out their happily ever after.   Uhh, that’s it really.  If you do decide to read through the whole thing, or even just the After the BC arc, please lmk!  I love knowing people are reading/enjoying my content.  :)

Last song: Rich Love by OneRepublic w/ Seeb Last movie:  The only one I can think of is Enola Holmes, but that was a couple months ago.  I rarely watch much tv or movies.  (also, I like Sherlock Holmes if you haven’t noticed.) Currently watching: I’m on my 4th formal watch of Sherlock, this time with my mom.  (If you haven’t seen this show, I can’t recommend it enough.  It makes me laugh, cry, and scream, in the best way.) Currently reading: I’m re-reading Ready Player One by Ernest Cline, because I got the second book (which I didn’t know existed) for Christmas.  (However I’m still not over the Six of Crows duology by Leigh Bardugo.)

Currently craving: Anything with cheese and bread.
