#RawChefYin at the Launch Party of the Malaysian Vegan Society! Honoured to be invited to speak at yesterday's official launching of our very own registered vegan society in Malaysia. I was asked to talk about raw food, so covered what is raw food, benefits of raw food, raw food preparation techniques, and included a part where the audience member challenges me to present a recipe off the top of my head to convert a dish into a raw vegan one :) @elinagives asked for roti canai and @dilerisadhana asked for penne!
