Proof of life update.
Was given my first set of real professional kitchen knives this week. Apparently I'm a good cook and should stick with it. Maybe all these 12-14 hour days will be worth it soon.
Time to cook some bomb food for a bunch of drunk ass tourists.

Probably gonna lose my job today.
I took Sunday off to get to a meeting and try to work out a plan of action.
My manager told me yesterday tht since my drinking was influencing my attendence and performance that they're having a meeting to determine if they're keeping me today.
Which is fucked. Because if anything, my quitting has been what affected it both times I've called in.
This last time I didn't even stay home for the DTs. I've just muscles through them cold turkey.
Like, where is the logic? "You aren't in as much as we want even though we don't give you enough hours to survive so we're gonna cut your hours to determine whether or not you get to stay here and survive cause you weren't here"
