In our coffee lab this morning experimenting with our newest creations. Black Stout, smoked espresso, sourdough bread. Chocolate biscotti made with cacao rum, twice reconstituted chocolate, cacao rum soaked almonds. Espresso biscotti made with Cup of Luxury's Black Label espresso, brown sugar, and 12-year aged rum. Chocolate and Somrus fusion biscotti. Divine. Made with Cup of Luxury's Black Label, Somrus, chocolate chips, and pistachios.
