I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you that I really love your DnD AU and oh my god you made Mercy a tiefling cleric of Pelor!! Exactly the character I'm playing now! Thank you so much for this beautiful AU omg! Is Mercy of the Light or Life domain though?

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I’ve been so busy so I can’t add to it which is a shame ahahahaha. I love clerics so much they’re so much fun to play! And they can have some of the best backstories and abilities. 

Mercy is of the Life domain.Although lucio is also a cleric but he is of the light domain.

Ahhh, I’m just venting...

Like...hurricanes are common in the South, sure, but they aren’t something that everyone deals with every year (not even in Florida, as they helpfully pointed out that they get them “all the time.”) They’re going to panic, they’re going to get worked up. As my mutual said, it’s a natural disaster, emphasis on the *disaster.* And there’s 3 confirmed storms in the Atlantic Basin now? They should be worried. It’s better they overreact. Don’t talk condescendingly about people rushing to the store for supplies, or filling up with gas, and preparing for a storm that might not ever reach them. I’d rather people take it seriously even if they’re thousands of miles away and probably won’t get so much as a sprinkle of rain.

*because Blackwatch McCree and Genji is so much on my mind* D-do you think Blackwatch had a medic? A support person? I mean, they're all offense characters. Do you think they have their own "Mercy" wearing a Blackwatch black and red skin? D:

IDK? I mean Blackwatch and Overwatch are kind of the same “military” just sort of different branches, and they probably have a collective “support” med team like any other military. I can imagine Mercy or any of the lead Support peeps probably helping patch the Blackwatch crew back together… but maybe that would be a new character for Blizzard to introduce? Lmao a mad doctor who Gabe picked up after they lost their medical license due to attempts at necromancy and rebuilding people like Frankenstein into actual living, breathing weapo—oh wait. that’s Mercy. Mercy and Junkrat did that. Maybe a witch doctor?Oh wait.yeah idk.

Aaaahhh thanks to your recipe, I am so hungry for popcorn now. Sadly I will have to settle for the microwave kind because of a lack of a stove. Man, I remember when one of your fics made me eat/crave matcha ice cream for days. And then when the ice cream bit wore off, I kept looking for things matcha anyway. Was good though xD

And I’ve never actually had matcha ice cream, or matcha anything really. I want to! It’s one of those things I think about when I’m at home and then when I’m out at the store I forget. I’ve also never seen matcha ice cream anywhere except online.

Yeah I wish I had an alternative non-stove version but alas. You could probably cook it over like a fire? Don’t start fires in your house, kids......now I’m pondering camp popcorn. I’ve cooked popcorn out of a pumpkin, I could probably handle a campfire.

AH story time!

When I was in college I was over at friend’s apartment and it was Halloween and they wanted to give out candy (eat the candy) but they were also bored. We had carved a pumpkin for the front walk but the carve job was abysmal, and well, show me a group of college students that don’t play with fire.

I ended up taking foil and making a bowl shape where the lid of the pumpkin was, and we crammed a lot of candles in it, and it took about 2 hours but eventually it started to pop. It was really dumb but I consider it a proof of concept success.
